Proitzer Muehle is a historic watermill which nowadays offers accomodation, good food and a range of rooms for groups. The mill is situated in a beautiful area about 2 hours drive from Hamburg, Bremen, Hannover and Magdeburg. Our nextdoor neighbours are half a mile away...
Accomodation: We have 30 rooms and about 70 beds; camping is possible as well.
Food: We offer delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food; or a kitchen for self-catering
Rooms: We have a beautiful hall that boasts 260 m2, a wooden floor for dancing and mirrors on the wall.
There are 4 more rooms of different sizes (90, 52, 36 and 26 m2) for seminars and workshops.
Our prices vary from 25 to 65 Euros depending on your wishes. You can sleep in your tent and use our self-catering kitchen, or you can stay in a single room and have four meals a day including home-made cake...
Our mill is open for all kinds of work, but we also organize a number of workshops, mostly Scottish and Irish Dancing and Music. At present, the listing of the workshops is available only in German, but feel free to send an E-Mail if you want to know anything about our next Workshops for
